Meet Danika

Danika has always approached the world with curiosity and a love of learning. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Caltech and a B.S. in Chemistry from UC Berkeley, and she’s taught science and math at every level—from elementary school through graduate coursework.

Her teaching style is both engaging and adaptable, shaped by years of experience and a life full of movement and exploration. She’s lived across the U.S. and traveled extensively, developing a global perspective and a deep appreciation for different learning styles. “My goal is to help students not only meet their academic goals,” she says, “but also develop a lifelong love of learning and discovery.”

Outside of teaching, Danika is an avid outdoors enthusiast and a creative soul. She loves everything from soccer and skiing to playing piano, throwing pottery, and woodworking. Whether she’s out in nature with her dog or deep into a great novel, she brings a sense of curiosity and joy to everything she does.

Above all, Danika is committed to helping students grow in both skill and confidence. She creates space for students to challenge themselves, make mistakes, and have fun along the way.
