Emily serves as Program Manager at Emergent Education, where she helps guide families through the process of finding the right tutor and getting started with confidence. She enjoys learning about each student’s needs and making thoughtful matches that lead to strong, lasting relationships. For Emily, it’s not just about logistics — it’s about helping families feel supported and cared for from the very first conversation.
Before joining Emergent, Emily ran her own home organizing business, where she worked closely with families to create calm, functional systems in their homes. That experience shaped her detail-oriented approach and her natural ability to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. Taking care of people and building systems that reduce stress is second nature to her.
Outside of work, Emily is an avid dancer and traveler. She’s drawn to movement, creativity, and new experiences — qualities that also influence how she approaches her work: with curiosity, energy, and a deep appreciation for connection.
