Meet Warren

Warren’s passion for teaching mathematics began during his undergraduate years at Western Washington University, where he spent two years tutoring students. Selected by the WWU mathematics faculty as a Math Fellow, he supported upper-level math courses, helping students navigate advanced concepts and strengthen their problem-solving skills. His focus is not only on helping students find the answer but also on encouraging them to think more deeply about the concepts behind each problem.

He recently earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Western Washington University, graduating with distinction. During his time there, he also participated in the Summer Undergraduate Mathematics and Statistics in America (SUMSA) program, hosted by the Institute of Mathematical and Statistical Innovation at the University of Chicago. “Mathematics is more than equations. It’s a world of connections and beauty. It demands both critical thinking and creativity, and learning to tackle difficult problems builds a way of thinking that extends far beyond math.”

Warren tutors mathematics at every level, from foundational skills to advanced college coursework. His aim is to help students succeed in their classes while building confidence in their ability to think critically and work independently.
