Meet William
William believes the best learning happens when curiosity meets confidence. “I love watching students realize that they’re capable of more than they thought—those moments remind me why I started tutoring in the first place.”
William began tutoring in high school, supporting peers in biology, chemistry, and math. Over the years, his experience has expanded to include SAT preparation, college admission advising, and one-on-one academic coaching. He has worked with a wide range of learners—from middle school students building study habits to high school seniors navigating AP courses and college essays.
At Cornell University, William earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences and mentored students from George Junior Republic High School through the Compass program, helping them develop time management, study strategies, and academic confidence. Outside of tutoring, he works in clinical trial studies, supporting research that advances healthcare and patient outcomes. In his free time, William enjoys volunteering at community clinics, playing hockey, and performing in orchestra.
