Supporting Students

Meet Sarah

Sarah LeMier believes that curiosity and the drive to learn are innate to all of us — sometimes we just need the right support to unlock them. An experienced educator and program leader, Sarah has dedicated her career to helping students of all ages discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop practical systems to tackle challenges both in and out of the classroom.

Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Principal License, with over a decade of experience as a teacher, instructional leader, and student advocate. She’s worked across grade levels PK–12, coaching students and teachers to grow through brain-based, student-centered practices that nurture a growth mindset and foster real, lasting learning.

Sarah specializes in working with neurodiverse and gifted students, designing personalized interventions that blend deep listening and observation with meaningful data — always focused on how the brain learns best. She believes strong relationships are the heart of learning, and works closely with families to build trust and partnership. “Every student is capable of growth. When we honor who they are, how they learn, and what excites them, they find the courage to take risks and discover what’s possible.”

Above all, Sarah’s mission is to help students grow into curious, resilient learners who carry their confidence far beyond the classroom.
