Meet Rachel
Rachel Farley is an experienced educator and academic coach who loves helping students discover their unique gifts. She taught high school mathematics in Denver Public Schools for seven years, during which she developed a passion for creating systems to identify and support marginalized students who are falling through the cracks of large institutions. Her greatest joy is supporting young people to feel empowered and confident.
Rachel went on to develop a program at Colorado State University for freshmen who were struggling to adapt to the rigors of college. She helped students develop organization systems, learn how to communicate with professors and advocate for their needs, and design and track personal goals.
After focusing on math education and college readiness, she nurtured her entrepreneurial side and opened a dance school, creating opportunities to share her love of dance and human connection beyond the school system. She continues this work today, and has served over 10,000 students globally through dance conferences, retreats, and her local school.
Rachel has a particular talent for making complex ideas feel approachable. Her teaching style combines clear explanations, thoughtful questions, and a genuine curiosity about how each student thinks.
“I want students to leave a session not just knowing how to solve a problem, but feeling more confident in their ability to think critically.”
