Meet Rafaela
Rafaela is a neuroscience graduate from Case Western Reserve University with a strong interest in pursuing a career in medicine. She is passionate about education and enjoys helping students build confidence, particularly in challenging subjects like science.
She has worked with students across a range of age groups and settings, including mentoring high school students interested in healthcare, supporting middle school students in after-school programs, and guiding incoming college students as an orientation leader. In addition, she has trained individuals in both hospital and laboratory research settings, strengthening her ability to break down complex concepts in a clear and approachable way.
Rafaela focuses on making learning engaging and manageable by breaking down difficult material into smaller, more accessible steps. She aims to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and can build the confidence to take on challenges independently.
